| 英文描述 | The life cycle of PNEUMONYSSOIDES CANINUM is unknown; it might be spread by direct contact between dogs. The mite inhabits the nasal passages and sinuses of the dog, but has not been found in the lower respiratory tract. Clinical signs in infected animals are often nonexistent or those of a mild transient rhinitis, but there are some reports associating this parasite with more serious clinical problems. Dx is by observation and identification of the mite in the nasal passages using a rhinoscope. |
